Is vaginal dryness negatively impacting your sex life? Is it making you uncomfortable throughout the course of the day? I’m here to tell you that there is safe, natural and effective relief available. Rather than turning to chemical-based lubricants that only last temporarily and disrupt the natural balance of your vaginal flora, let’s consider Revaree versus Estradiol. Are you ready for all the details of these two products? Let’s get started!

Key Factors to Know: Revaree vs. Estradiol

Most popular

Revaree

  • The main ingredient in Revaree is hyaluronic acid. Its purpose is to help your body retain moisture naturally.
  • Revaree features a mess-free application design.
  • Revaree from Bonafide is backed by over 7,200 doctors.

Estradiol (We recommend Interlude)

  • Estradiol is a form of estrogen that is created by the ovaries. It can be found in products from companies such as Interlude, Evernow and Alloy.
  • Estradiol is the primary form of estrogen that is produced by the body during the reproductive years.
  • You can use Estradiol for vaginal dryness but other menopause-related symptoms as well.

What is Revaree?

revaree vaginal moisturizer

Revaree by Bonafide is designed to support optimal vaginal health by enhancing lubrication. This can equate to more comfort during sex, reduced irritation and fewer yeast infections. Many women experience vaginal dryness in their 40s and 50s, around the time of perimenopause and menopause. Hyaluronic acid is the active ingredient, which helps the body retain more moisture naturally.

Revaree is slightly different from other vaginal moisturizers on the market because it only has to be used every few days. Inserted into the vagina, it works in a couple of weeks. Most women see its full potential in a few months.

What Are the Side Effects of Revaree?

No serious adverse effects have been reported while using Revaree. It is an FDA-approved product that has been safely used by over one million women.

My Experience

What I liked initially about Revaree is that it was made with a safe, all-natural ingredient that I know is in a number of the beauty products that I use. It wasn’t going to mess with my hormones or disrupt my vaginal flora. Also, it was convenient that I would only need to use Revaree every two to three days.

I first tried Revaree after a bout of vaginal dryness and irritation that I was experiencing. This had been occurring more and more frequently. I didn’t notice much of a difference after the first or second treatment (used three days apart). However, by the second week of using Revaree, I was much more comfortable.

Pros

  • Made with hyaluronic acid, which is very safe and natural.
  • You don’t have to use this product every single day.
  • It’s designed to be mess-free.
  • Revaree is FDA-approved.

Cons

  • It’s a bit expensive, but you save a bit of money by not using it every single day.
  • If you’re sensitive to hyaluronic acid, this product might not be for you.

What Is Estradiol?

estradiol vaginal cream

Estradiol is a form of estrogen that is produced in the ovaries. It has several functions in the female body, such as maintaining the reproductive system. Estradiol levels rise and fall over the course of your cycle, resulting in the maturation and release of an egg each month. Estradiol also results in the uterine lining thickening.

Estradiol is often used in supplements and products to help treat estrogen deficiency and various symptoms like vaginal dryness, night sweats, hot flashes, mood swings and more.

What Are the Side Effects of Estradiol?

Because estradiol is hormone-based, side effects can occur. If you’re using a topical product versus something taken orally, you may see fewer issues. However, estradiol can cause stomach upset, bloating, headaches and weight gain. Some products may cause irritation.

Who Offers Estradiol?

Estradiol is the main ingredient in a number of products, such as Interlude, Evernow and Alloy.

Interlude

This is an estradiol-based cream that can be used to treat and prevent symptoms like vaginal dryness, itching, burning and recurring urinary tract infections. I have used Interlude's estradiol vaginal cream in the past with success. However, I needed something that I felt comfortable using on a more long-term basis.

You can purchase Interlude as long as you secure a prescription from the Get Interlude medical team.

Evernow

Evernow offers an oral estradiol supplement as well as different types of creams and patches. If you’re looking for relief from vaginal dryness, you’ll probably want to look into their Vaginal Estrogen Cream to start with. It’s a bioidentical product that not only addresses vaginal dryness, but also pain during sex, irritation around the vulvar area, frequent urination and frequent urinary tract infections.

Alloy

Estradiol Vaginal Cream from Alloy is an FDA-approved, plant-based option that is very gentle and safe. It’s a bit expensive, priced at just under $120 for a 3-month supply, but it covers a lot of menopause-related symptoms. I have friends who have tried it, and they were really happy with the results they experienced.

Pros

  • Estradiol covers a number of symptoms in addition to vaginal dryness.
  • Most products contain a low enough dose that you don’t have to worry about risks or side effects.
  • This is one of three kinds of estrogen that your body produces naturally. It’s just addressing the fact that you probably have low levels at this point in your life.
  • Estradiol can address the root cause of your symptoms, rather than acting as a bandage for what you’re experiencing.

Cons

  • If you take estradiol orally, it can raise your risk of things like blood clots, strokes and heart attack.
  • The cost is usually higher than for other natural products.
  • You will need a prescription for estradiol.

Comparison Section of Estradiol vs. Revaree

Revaree is quite different from other estradiol-based products. Let’s talk about how they compare.

Comparing Formulas

Revaree is based on a hyaluronic formula that boosts your body’s ability to retain moisture in your vaginal region. You’re not applying any kind of hormone to your body when using Revaree, which is something I personally prefer.

Some women feel they need something stronger to address their vaginal dryness, in addition to things like irritation, pain during sex, etc. In these cases, estradiol may be more effective. You can still find very safe, plant-based options that contain a low dose of estradiol if you want to be cautious.

Comparing Price

The current cost of Revaree is $62 for one box of product. A monthly plan is $47, with the 3-month plan costing $42.

There are a number of estradiol-based products available. You may be able to source something from your doctor using your health insurance coverage. Otherwise, online options are available that provide you with access to a medical team that will approve your prescription from the comfort of your home. Prices vary. As an example, Alloy costs $119 for a 3-month supply.

Many of these products can be paid for using your FSA or HSA account.

Main Differences

Estradiol is a hormone. Your body makes it naturally, but you’re still administering something that’s a bit stronger than a hyaluronic-based product. I personally know that estradiol works very well for a lot of different symptoms associated with perimenopause and menopause, so it’s something you may want to look into if you’re experiencing a number of issues that you want to address. Otherwise, a product like Revaree is very effective for vaginal discomfort and dryness.

Are There Any Similarities?

Administration of Revaree and other estradiol-based creams is similar. Revaree boasts a mess-free application process, which, I will say, is very true. I didn’t have any problem applying their product. Other companies and other products will vary a bit depending on how you apply their product, but you are targeting the vagina directly when you’re using something topical.

Conclusion: Which Is Better for Vaginal Dryness?

I personally enjoyed my experience with Revaree. It got rid of the vaginal dryness that I was dealing with, along with any irritation that I had been experiencing. I felt very comfortable using Bonafide’s product because of the simple formula they use. I didn’t worry about any kind of side effect.

Estradiol is also very effective for vaginal dryness. It’s a product that is beneficial if you have other symptoms that you want to address as well.

Does vaginal dryness associated with perimenopause or menopause leave you feeling uncomfortable and unlike yourself? You’re not alone. Not only does a shift in hormones affect lubrication, but vaginal tissue changes as we age as well.

I’m here to introduce you to two different products that have the potential to provide relief: NeuEve and Revaree. Let’s get right into what they are, what they contain and which one you should try.

Quick Facts Before Buying NeuEve or Revaree for Vaginal Dryness

Most Popular

Revaree

  • Revaree contains hyaluronic acid, which helps retain moisture naturally.
  • Don’t worry about making a mess when using Revaree. It features a mess-free application design.
  • Revaree from Bonafide is recommended by more than 7,200 doctors.

NeuEve

  • NeuEve sells a natural Vulva Balm Cream that contains a number of natural ingredients, such as coconut oil, evening primrose oil, sea buckthorn fruit oil and vitamin E.
  • Many of the ingredients in NeuEve are organic.
  • NeuEve is a thick balm that can be controlled much easier than a suppository or gel.

All About Revaree Vaginal Moisturizer Suppositories

revaree box

Bonafide is a brand that sells a few different products designed to promote optimal vaginal health. Revaree is one of their products that helps heal and hydrate vaginal tissue, so you experience better lubrication, less pain during intercourse and reduced irritation. A lot of women experience these symptoms after the age of 40, when they are going through perimenopause or menopause. It’s not uncommon to experience vaginal dryness in your 30s as well.

Revaree is a suppository that is inserted into the vagina every two to three days. It’s pretty much mess-free, and it can provide results in just a few applications. However, you’ll see its full results after a couple of months. The active ingredient in Revaree is hyaluronic acid, which naturally helps retain moisture inside the vagina.

My Experience

bonafide revaree vaginal moisturizer

Vaginal dryness is the symptom that is often talked about when advertising a product such as Revaree, but there are other issues that come along with dryness. It leads to irritation, burning, itching and even pain during sexual intercourse. Being able to hydrate and heal the vagina is ideal for comfort and overall health.

I tried this product after receiving a recommendation from a friend who is the same age as me and is going through the same symptoms associated with perimenopause. While it may be a little expensive for a one-time purchase, I placed my first order. I received the product, was quickly able to read through all of the instructions and tried it right away that evening. It helps to remain in a supine position when you use a product like this. That way, the product remains where it needs to be for a number of hours.

I found that it was very easy to insert Revaree. It literally took a few seconds, and the process only became faster the more I used this product. I went to bed expecting not to really notice any kind of difference when I woke up.

In the morning and throughout that first day, I want to say I experienced better vaginal comfort. It’s hard to say since women can experience a fluctuation in vaginal moisture based on what their hormones are doing. By the second dose, I definitely felt a difference.

I continued using the product until I completed the first box. I experienced more comfort, less itching and just felt better overall. I went ahead and signed up for a subscription based on my positive results.

What I Liked

  • It’s really easy to apply / insert Revaree.
  • This product only has to be used once every two to three days.
  • The subscription saves you a lot of money (25% for a monthly delivery).
  • Revaree can be used with other products from Bonafide, like their Clairvee for vaginal odor.
  • Revaree is natural and features hyaluronic acid, which I’ve already used in so many beauty products.

What I Didn’t Like

  • It’s expensive for that first, one-time purchase, but you can save money on the subscription option
  • Revaree doesn’t contain any other ingredients that can help with vaginal dryness.

All About NeuEve Vulva Balm Cream

Slightly different than Revaree, NeuEve Vulva Balm Cream is meant to be applied topically to the area around the vagina. It contains a number of natural ingredients, such as coconut oil, evening primrose oil, sea buckthorn fruit oil, sweet orange oil and vitamin E. It’s free from artificial and chemical-based ingredients.

My Experience

NeuEve vaginal moisturizer cream

I liked NeuEve Vulva Balm Cream because you can just use a little bit without experiencing any kind of mess. It’s not something you have to wait to use at night because it’s not going to bother you when you’re walking around.

I tried this product, hoping it would provide some relief for vaginal dryness and irritation. While it definitely helps heal and hydrate the area around the vagina, it’s not actually inserted into that area. That means you’re only getting a bit of surface relief. It’s not as effective as something like Bonafide’s Revaree, in my opinion.

It has a nice smell to it, but I prefer products that are fragrance-free, especially if they’re being applied to sensitive areas. There isn’t any fragrance in this product; the smell simply comes from the natural ingredients included.

What I Liked

  • You have control over how much you use.
  • This product contains natural and safe ingredients.
  • NeuEve advertises that this product can help relieve vaginal dryness and pain during intercourse.
  • Can be used with other products from NeuEve.

What I Didn’t Like

  • $65 is an expensive price point, especially when you consider how small the container is.
  • It’s not inserted vaginally, so you only get so much relief.

Comparison Section

Are you ready for a breakdown of how Revaree and NeuEve Natural Vulva Balm Cream compare? Let’s get started.

Comparing Formulas

Revaree contains hyaluronic acid as its main and active ingredient. When inserted into the vagina, this ingredient helps promote better hydration, heal sensitive vaginal tissue and more. It’s a hormone-free, safe and natural product.

NeuEve Natural Vulva Balm Cream is also hormone-free and natural. It contains ingredients like coconut oil, evening primrose oil, sea buckthorn fruit oil, sweet orange oil and vitamin E. Many of the ingredients in NeuEve are organic.

Comparing Application Method

Revaree is inserted vaginally for relief from dryness and irritation. It’s recommended that you use it before bed, when you’ll be laying down for a number of hours. This keeps the product in place.

You apply NeuEve natural Vulva Balm Cream to the area outside of the vagina, but do not insert it. This is where I found the results to be limited. You can achieve relief on the exterior, but the inside of the vagina doesn’t really feel any better.

Comparing Pricing

The current price of Revaree is $62, whereas the cost of NeuEve’s Vulva Balm Cream is $65 for a 20-gram jar. You can save a little bit of money by purchasing multiple jars at once. I wasn’t interested in buying large quantities until I saw what this product provided. That being said, one jar lasts a pretty long period of time.

I like that Revaree only requires you to use their product once every two to three days, which adds to the overall value of their suppositories.

Main Differences Between Revaree and NeuEve

The main difference I note between Revaree and NeuEve is that Revaree needs to be inserted into the vagina by way of a suppository. NeuEve is a balm that you apply to the exterior areas around the vaginal opening. This affected the amount of relief I was able to get, based on my experience.

The ingredients are also different between these two products. Revaree simply uses hyaluronic acid to improve the hydration of your vaginal tissue. NeuEve is a little different, using other herbal components, many of which are organic.

Comparing Results: Which Worked Better, Revaree or NeuEve?

I personally think that Revaree was far more effective for what I was hoping to achieve. By healing the vaginal tissue from the inside out, you take care of things like redness, irritation, itching, discomfort and burning. Some of the product does end up being on the outside of the body, so I feel like it covered everything.

Like I’ve mentioned, NeuEve is definitely helpful, but only when you’re looking at healing any external issues that you have. Very little product makes it to the inside of the body.

My Recommendations

I recommend using Revaree from Bonafide if you’re experiencing issues that are occurring inside your vagina. Discomfort during sex, irritation, itching and irritation are all commonly addressed by women using Revaree.

If your symptoms really just focus on the exterior of the vagina, then NeuEve may very well be all that you need, especially since Revaree is more of an internal product.

I’m here to tell you about two excellent options: Gynatrof and Revaree from Bonafide. Let’s talk about what each product brings to the table, what you can expect when using them, and which one is the better option.

Quick Facts Before Buying Gynatrof or Revaree for Vaginal Dryness

Most popular

Revaree

All About Revaree Vaginal Moisturizer Suppositories

revaree on the table

Revaree is a hormone-free vaginal moisturizer manufactured by the brand Bonafide. Revaree was designed to reduce vaginal dryness that is being caused by a number of issues, such as perimenopause, menopause, changes in the menstrual cycle, age, etc. The company boasts a very easy and mess-free application. What I like about this product is that you only have to apply it once every two to three days. That break is nice.

Hyaluronic acid is the active ingredient in Bonafide’s Revaree. It helps the body retain more moisture, so vaginal tissue remains hydrated and comfortable.

My Experience

holding a revaree suppository

Vaginal dryness can have a number of causes. For me, it is usually an issue with hormone fluctuations relating to perimenopause. While doctors can be quick to offer up a prescription for hormone therapy or a hormone-based product, I like to stick to natural options that are safe. Revaree was recommended to me by a friend of mine who tried it and loved it.

Upon receiving my first package from Bonafide, I read through all of the instructions. I decided to start using the product immediately that evening. Nothing says you can’t use it during the day, but you’re supposed to remain in a supine position to allow Revaree to do its job. For optimal effectiveness and to reduce a potential mess, I opted to use it right before bed.

It was easy to insert Revaree. Really, that’s all there is to it. You go to bed and let it work its magic. I noticed within a day or two that there was a change in lubrication. It took another couple of weeks to see a big shift in how I actually felt regarding comfort. I’d say after two full weeks of using Revaree every two to three days, I wasn’t experiencing any burning, irritation or discomfort.

directions for revaree

Pros

  • Revaree is really easy to insert and doesn’t result in a mess.
  • The formula is totally natural and free of hormones.
  • You don’t have to use it daily to see effective results.
  • Decreases vaginal dryness in addition to itching, burning and pain during sex.
  • Affordable, especially since Bonafide often offers discounts on their products.

Cons

  • You save the most money on this product if you sign up for a subscription. You may not be willing to do this for a product you might not use long-term.
  • There isn’t an applicator that comes with this product. This does reduce plastic waste, however.
  • You’re supposed to use this product and remain in a supine position, so it’s really only usable at night.

All About GYNATROF Vaginal Moisturizer

gynatrof on my table

Gynatrof is similar to Revaree regarding its formula, but there is added vitamin E in this product. Vitamin E has shown promise in some studies that have determined it has the potential to increase lubrication in the vagina. Gynatrof advertises that their product works quickly, providing you with substantial relief within one week’s time.

This is a gel-based product that is inserted into the vagina and applied to the surrounding area using the provided applicator.

gynatrof provided applicator

My Experience

gynatrof vaginal moisturizer

I had a positive experience with Gynatrof. I like that it’s a simple formula that doesn’t cause any burning or irritation when using it. However, it helps to use Gynatrof on a regular, daily schedule. I liked being able to skip a day here and there when using Revaree. You use Gynatrof every single day for the first week. After that, you only use it twice per week.

Something that I liked better about Gynatrof is its affordability. You get 20 applications for approximately $25.99. That’s a 10-week supply.

Pros

  • This is a fragrance-free product.
  • It’s easy to administer Gynatrof using the provided applicator.
  • The cost of Gynatrof is very affordable.
  • It’s conveniently sold on Amazon. You can also purchase it through the Tyros Biopharma website.

Cons

  • It can take up to eight weeks to see full results.
  • The applicator contributes to a lot of plastic waste.
  • There aren’t any customer reviews listed on the company’s website. You can head to Amazon for more information, however.
  • You can’t use Gynatrof with traditional polyurethane condoms.

Comparison Section

Let’s take a look at how Revaree from Bonafide and Gynatrof compare to one another.

Comparing Formulas

Both Revaree and Gynatrof have similar formulas, especially taking into account that they do not use any hormones or artificial ingredients. However, Gynatrof has added vitamin E to its product.

The main ingredient that both products have in common is hyaluronic acid. You might be saying, “Should I be applying an acid to my already sensitive vagina?” Hyaluronic acid is actually really effective at helping your tissues retain moisture naturally. It’s a common ingredient in a lot of skincare products. It’s in my daily facewash, and I’ve seen a huge difference in hydration since using it daily. This active ingredient helps bring your vaginal tissue back to a hydrated state, allowing you to feel more comfortable throughout the day and during sex.

Comparing Insertion Method

Both Revaree and Gynatrof are inserted into the vagina. Gynatrof is administered as a gel, and you’re supposed to apply it to the interior as well as the outer area of the vagina. Revaree is a lot more convenient. It’s a simple insert that goes into the vagina with no mess involved. Like I mentioned, it’s only used once every two to three days, so you’re not dealing with an overabundance of product or mess.

Comparing Pricing

The current cost of Revaree from Bonafide is $62 for a one-time purchase of 10 suppositories. You can sign up for a monthly subscription, which saves 25%. The three-month plan that is paid quarterly provides a savings of 32%.

The cost of Gynatrof (on Amazon) is $25.99 for a one-time purchase. You can use the Amazon subscription service to save a couple of dollars.

While the cost of Revaree is a bit higher, I think it’s a higher-quality product. I will gladly pay the extra money to not have to deal with a messy applicator-based administration.

Main Differences Between Revaree and Gynatrof

Like I mentioned earlier, Gynatrof has vitamin E added to its formula. However, that’s not really the main active ingredient that you want to look for. They both contain hyaluronic acid, which is going to have the most effect on your vaginal dryness.

The application process for these two products is different. Revaree is a simple vaginal insert that you use at bedtime. Gynatrof is a reusable applicator that you have to fill with a specific amount of product and then insert. It’s a little messier, in my opinion.

Something else I want to make sure that I mention is that Gynatrof cannot be safely used at the same time as using polyurethane condoms. I’m not sure if this would cause irritation or decrease the effectiveness of the condom, but I wouldn’t take that chance if I were you! You can use it with natural latex condoms, however.

Comparing Results: Which Worked Better: Revaree or Gynatrof?

I started using Revaree every two to three days. It took me a couple of uses to see a difference in vaginal lubrication. It took a couple of weeks to really see a difference. However, the consistent use of Revaree provided long-lasting benefits.

Gynatrof definitely provided some results within that first week, but that’s taking into consideration that you’re supposed to use the product daily for the first week. After that point, you can start using it twice per week. Once I made that shift to less frequent administration, I didn’t notice as many benefits from Gynatrof.

Aside from talking about which product worked better and faster, I liked the ease of use of Revaree. I will definitely continue using this product in the future.

My Recommendations

I would recommend that you first try Bonafide’s Revaree when you’re looking for natural and effective relief from vaginal dryness, irritation, painful sex, etc. It’s a convenient product that has served many women well, including myself. Not to mention, it’s doctor recommended.

If you want to measure out your dose of product and control administration that way, then Gynatrof may be beneficial for your situation.

You can always talk to your doctor to see which product he or she recommends. Bonafide advertises Revaree is recommended by more than 7,200 doctors.

  • Free of hormones and harsh chemical ingredients, the active ingredient in both products is hyaluronic acid.
  • Hyalo Gyn was studied over the course of 30 days when used on a daily basis. There doesn’t seem to be reports of it providing relief in as little time as Revaree.

All About Revaree Vaginal Moisturizer Suppositories

Revaree is an all-natural, hormone-free treatment for vaginal dryness created by the brand Bonafide. It addresses symptoms such as irritation, pain during sex and burning. Its active ingredient is hyaluronic acid, which helps the body naturally restore and maintain a healthy level of moisture in the tissue inside the vagina.

Revaree has a pretty impressive following. Awarded by the Food and Drug Administration, it has received the distinction of being a Class II medical device. Women in more than 40 different countries have used this product with success. Bonafide is a brand that pays careful attention to the quality and safety of their products, which I like. Not to mention, Revaree can provide relief from vaginal dryness in around one week. Also, it’s only used once every two to three days.

My Experience

vaginal moisturizer revaree

Women’s health really starts to shift around the age of 40. Anyway, that’s been my experience. Some women experience symptoms of perimenopause and hormone shifts in their late 30s, while others are lucky enough to wait until they’re in their late 40s. I fall right in the middle of that range.

One thing that I find really important in treating any kind of symptom I experience is finding a product that uses natural and safe ingredients to provide results. A lot of doctors will prescribe medication and products that contain hormones when a woman complains of vaginal dryness. Unfortunately, there are some pretty serious side effects that can come from using hormone replacement therapies. Bonafide’s Revaree is really natural and effective, skipping all those unnecessary ingredients.

I found that this product is very easy to use when you follow the instructions. Unlike other products that require you to apply their formula daily, Revaree is only used once every two to three days. I was happy to find that I didn’t really notice I had used it. It wasn’t messy at all.

It didn’t take long for me to notice the results when using this product. I would say that after a couple of doses, moisture increased quite a bit. It took a little longer to notice a legitimate shift in things like irritation, but that’s probably true for any kind of healing that needs to take place.

Pros

  • Works very quickly.
  • Doesn’t contain any hormones or unsafe ingredients.
  • It’s only used once every two to three days.
  • Revaree impacts a number of symptoms related to vaginal dryness.
  • Rigorous testing is used for consistency, quality, purity and potency.
  • Applicator-free design that is mess-free.

Cons

  • If you’re interested in this product because you want relief from painful sex, clinical studies showed that only 57% of women using Revaree experienced this benefit.
  • A bit expensive. Ten suppositories are priced at $62 for a single box (one-time purchase).

All About Hyalo Gyn Vaginal Moisturizer Suppositories

vaginal moisturizer Hyalo Gyn

Hyalo Gyn Vaginal Moisturizer is similar to Bonafide Revaree in that hyaluronic acid is the main active ingredient. However, it is used as part of a proprietary ingredient called Hydeal-D. It’s recommended that you use this product daily while remaining in a supine position for a number of hours. Ideally, these products work best if you use them before bed. Then, you won’t be getting up until morning, and the active ingredients will have time to do their job.

Each packet of Hyalo Gyn Vaginal Moisturizer contains 10 packets of product. The cost is $40 for a one-time purchase, but the Hyalo Gyn brand also offers a subscription service that provides a 12.5% savings.

My Experience

The overall use of this product was pretty similar to Revaree, except I had to use it more often. I liked being able to take a few days off with Bonafide’s product. The suppository was about the same size as Revaree and was used the same way.

I noticed some additional hydration, but I feel like I had to use this product for a longer period of time before it started to make a difference in how I felt.

Pros

  • Easy insertion and didn’t really create a mess of any sort.
  • This is an affordable product.
  • There aren’t any hormones in Hyalo Gyn Vaginal Moisturizer.

Cons

  • The website isn’t all that transparent or descriptive about their product. Only minimal information is available.
  • This is the slightly more affordable option, priced at $40 per 10 suppositories.

Comparison Section

Comparing Formulas

The formulas for both Revaree and Hyalo Gyn Vaginal Moisturizer are based on the same active ingredient, hyaluronic acid. The only difference is that Hyalo Gyn uses a derivative of hyaluronic acid in its own proprietary formula. That shouldn’t make much of a difference in the overall effectiveness of the product, however.

Comparing Pricing

Both of these products are sold in 10-dose packs. The cost of Hyalo Gyn Vaginal Moisturizer is a bit less ($40 for a one-time purchase, whereas Revaree is $62 for a single box). That being said, you only have to use Revaree once every few days. You’ll save a little bit of money that way. I personally would spend a little more for that added convenience.

Main Differences Between Revaree and Hyalo Gyn

There aren’t a lot of differences between Reavree and Hyalo Gyn Moisturizer. What I will say is that Revaree seems to have sold a lot more product. Bonafide is also a really transparent and trustworthy brand that people trust. I like the amount of information that they provide on their website, whereas Hyalo Gyn isn’t as descriptive as I would like them to be.

Revaree has a little bit simpler and more natural of an ingredient list compared to Hyalo Gyn, which I prefer.

The price points are also different, but as I mentioned, Revaree has added the convenience of only needing to be used every few days. It also has the potential to work faster.

Comparing Results: Which Worked Better, Revaree or Hyalo Gyn?

I didn’t notice an astounding difference between Revaree and Hyalo Gyn Vaginal Moisturizer. However, I did like the formula of Revaree better. I feel like Hyalo Gyn burned a little bit during use, which could be because of some of the ingredients like caprylyl glycol, 1,2-hexanediol and methylpropanediol. Some of these are synthetic solvents that can cause irritation.

Revaree simply contains five milligrams of hyaluronic acid sodium salt in a base that consists of semi-synthetic glycerides. I didn’t notice any irritation with it at all. Plus, I did feel like I got some better results in a shorter amount of time when using Revaree.

My Recommendations

If you’re interested in the highest-quality, natural ingredient-based vaginal moisturizer on the market, I recommend that you start out using Revaree from Bonafide. It’s a convenient product that contains minimal ingredients, aside from the ultra-effective hyaluronic acid. Essentially, this product is designed to help your body retain its own moisture so that you experience less dryness, irritation and discomfort.

Revaree

$42/mo

  • You don’t want to use a product every single day, but still want to see results.
  • Want as simple a formula as possible.
  • You’re impressed by the clinical trial results that are outlined on the brand’s website.
  • You are looking to address various symptoms associated with vaginal dryness, like itching, burning, pain and discomfort during sex.

Hyalo Gyn

$35/mo

  • You want the more affordable option.
  • You like the other products from Hyalo Gyn and want to use those as well.
  • Your doctor has recommended this product to you.

Do you experience vaginal dryness and have you been looking for a solution such as a vaginal moisturizer like Revaree?

Revaree is a vaginal suppository and it's designed to help with vaginal dryness, which is a common occurrence for many women entering menopause or even postnatal stages. I'm in my 40's and I experienced postpartum vaginal dryness. And, now I'm in the perimenopause stage, which has been challenging to say the least, especially for vaginal atrophy.

I'm ready to share my 60-day experience using Revaree, breaking it down on a week-by-week basis. I took a lot of notes during the time I used it. The reason why I tried it was I was experiencing vaginal dryness, which has been an issue ever since having kids. I was finally ready to try and find a solution, I purchased Revaree with a discount by entering my email, and I'm eager to share my story with you. We're all aware that this is an embarrassing issue to talk publicly about.

Did Revaree vaginal moisturizer work for me? Did I like the vaginal suppositories? Was the price tag worth it? Will I buy it again? Stick around and find out!

My 60-Day Experience and Review of Revaree

Week 1: Tentative Beginnings

holding bonafide Revaree vaginal moisturizer

Day 1-3: The first few days were filled with curiosity and hope. Using the Revaree insert was straightforward, and I felt no immediate discomfort. There wasn't a significant change yet, but I remained optimistic.

Day 4-7: By the end of the first week, I began to notice subtle changes. The constant sensation of dryness was slightly less pronounced, and I felt a budding sense of relief.

Week 2: Signs of Improvement

revaree suppositories out of package

Day 8-10: The second week started with a noticeable reduction in itching. It was as if my body was gradually adjusting and responding to the hyaluronic acid in Revaree.

Day 11-14: Around the two-week mark, the burning sensations that used to interrupt my day were less frequent. I felt encouraged and looked forward to even more relief.

Week 3: A Turning Point

Day 15-17: The third week marked a turning point. The relief from dryness became more consistent, and I started to trust in Revaree's promise.

Day 18-21: By the end of this week, intimacy was less of a challenge. The pain and discomfort that had previously overshadowed moments of closeness were receding.

Week 4: Embracing the Change

Day 22-24: The comfort level was rising steadily. I continued with the routine, using the Revaree insert once every two to three days.

Day 25-28: By now, the daily nuisances of itching and burning were becoming infrequent visitors. I felt more at ease and confident in my own skin.

Week 5: Consistent Comfort

what the suppositories look like in package

Day 29-31: As I entered the fifth week, the benefits of Revaree were undeniably consistent. Days went by with minimal discomfort.

Day 32-35: The once daunting prospect of intimacy was no longer a concern. The comfort and ease had returned, making moments of closeness enjoyable again.

Week 6: Renewed Confidence

Day 36-38: With the majority of my symptoms at bay, I felt a renewed sense of self-confidence. The discomforts that had once dominated my daily life were now in the background.

Day 39-42: As the sixth week concluded, I realized how transformative the Revaree experience had been. The journey from discomfort to comfort was truly remarkable.

Week 7-8: Reflecting on the Journey

Day 43-60: The final weeks were smooth sailing. The routine of using Revaree had seamlessly integrated into my life, bringing with it a consistent sense of relief and well-being. As I reflected on the 60-day journey, I felt immense gratitude. Revaree had not only provided relief but had also given me back moments of intimacy and comfort that I had missed dearly.

Closing Thoughts: The eight-week journey with Revaree was nothing short of transformative. From the initial days of curiosity to the final days of consistent comfort, Revaree proved to be a reliable companion. For those in search of relief from vaginal dryness, itching, and burning, this hormone-free solution offers a promising path to rediscovering comfort and intimacy.

There are two drawbacks in my opinion:

  1. I would say is that it felt like it took a long time for it to work. You really need to commit to taking it as the directions say and be super consistent.
  2. It can get expensive if you go through a lot of boxes.

My Product Rating of Revaree

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ (4.5/5)

Reasoning: Revaree has proven to be an impressive product based on my 60-day journey. Here's why it earns a 4.5 out of 5 stars:

  1. Effective Relief: Within a short span of time, noticeable relief from vaginal dryness was experienced. This indicates that the product delivers on its promise.
  2. Ease of Use: The insert is straightforward to use and can be seamlessly integrated into a regular routine, making it convenient for many.
  3. Hormone-Free Solution: For those looking for a non-hormonal remedy, Revaree provides a safe and effective option with its main ingredient, hyaluronic acid.
  4. Improved Intimacy: The journey highlighted a significant improvement in intimate moments, making them more enjoyable and pain-free.

The slight deduction from a perfect score might be attributed to individual variations in response time or the need for continued use to maintain results. However, overall, Revaree stands out as a reliable solution for those seeking relief from vaginal dryness and its associated discomforts.

Would I Purchase It Again?

Based on my experience, I would likely consider purchasing Revaree again due to its evident benefits and transformative effects over the two-month period. It costs $62 for a one-time purchase. You can also opt to do a monthly plan for $47 per month, or a 3 month plan for $42 per month. The subscription plans are much more affordable than purchasing it for $62 every time.

Where Can You Buy Revaree

Revaree can be purchased at HelloBonafide.com, their official website. Revaree is also sold on Amazon for $67, $5 more than what it's priced for on the brand's website, but offers the amazon convenience factor that many of us love. You can also purchase it on Walmart's website, but Revaree is currently not available in pharmacies, such as CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Costco, Publix, or any of your local pharmacies.

What Are Other Customers Saying?

For this section I'd like to share real customer testimonials – from 3 stars to 5 star ratings… no holding back, I'll give you what you'll see if you went and researched yourself.

At amazon, Revaree holds a steady 4.4/5 star rating with over 2,000 reviews. It honestly seems like it works for some women, but others that rate it low have their reasons why. The biggest complaint I see is that it's pricey. And in order for this product to work you need to use it regularly.

We'll start with two 5-star reviews:

Great moisture and heightens your sex drive.

“I am a 55 year old woman. After having a hysterectomy I now have very low sex drive and super dry. Theses suppositories changed all that. I had only been using them for a week in a half and got great results immediately. I feel like a new woman!”

hellobonafide.com

It works

I have tried it all, but this does work. I give it 5 stars because its the best.

amazon.com

And two real 4-star reviews:

Met usage and moisturizing expectations.

“Moisturizes well and easy to use.

amazon.com

Product works but……

  1. The product is extremely expensive.
  2. The product does seem to work effectively remedying dryness.
  3. However, considering the price, it seems that the packaging could be much better.
    a. It was left in my hot Louisiana mailbox.
    b. No ice pack, or any sort of packaging to make sure that the product did not melt.
    c. As can be seen in the picture, the melted and reconstituted shape of the suppository does not make for easy nor comfortable application.
So in summary, I got a melted and reconstituted ill-shaped product for an extremely expensive price. There are also no returns allowed even considering my product was damaged.
But after overcoming these hurdles, I managed to use the product. It does seem to work. But because of the price, I will continue to seek other products that work as effectively or another product that contains the same ingredients that is better packaged and/or less expensive.
hellobonafide.com

Here's two honest 3-star reviews:

Melts Fast

“This product is a bit pricey, and it works well. However, if you stand after inserting, it's going to melt fast and be of no benefit when you need it.

hellobonafide.com

Not great

“I really wanted to like this product. First issue is pushing it up high enough so it doesn't start leaking right away. I used it at night right before bed. Inserted and then laid down. As soon as it liquefied it starts leaking out. The other issue is it only really helped for 24 hours. I did not notice longer term effects after using the whole box. Lastly and this is the biggest issue, every where it leaked on my sheets and panties created a black stain that would not wash out. Ugggh My friend had similar issues. So I cant really recommend. Cocunut oil in my opinion works better and is far less expensive and does not stain fabric.”

All About Revaree by Bonafide

Revaree is a hormone-free vaginal insert made by Bonafide that’s designed to provide you with relief from the dryness you’re experiencing in your vagina which is causing discomfort during sex. It does not contain estrogen, which makes it hormone-free. Revaree is not a prescription and therefore can be purchased by anyone over-the-counter.

The active ingredient in Revaree is Hyaluronic acid (HA), which has been proven to renew vaginal tissue. HA is naturally found throughout the body. Each molecule of HA attracts and retains up to 1,000 times its weight in moisture. HA has long been used in the beauty industry to keep skin looking supple, plush, and refreshed thanks to its ability to heal thin or damaged skin and keep you comfortable.

Revaree suggests that you should use it every 2-3 days for a period of thirty days, unless otherwise recommended by your healthcare provider. During clinical studies conducted by Bonafide, 82% of women said Revaree improved vaginal dryness, 69% reported that Revaree made sex more enjoyable and comfortable, and 96% of women decided to continue using Revaree as their vaginal moisturizer.

Key Takeaways

  • Bonafide is a women's wellness brand that specializes in menopause relief solutions.
  • Revaree is a vaginal insert that renews your body's moisture, helping solve the vaginal dryness issue that many women experience.
  • The ingredients in Revaree are hormone-free, safe and scientifically validated.
  • 84% of women that took Revaree experienced improvement in vaginal dryness.
  • 57% of women that took Revaree experienced a reduction in painful sex.
  • 86% of women that took Revaree experienced reduction in burning and vaginal itching.
  • To see results, you'll need to use it consistent, so you'll want to consider the 3 month plan at $42 per month, which is a much better deal that $62 for a one time purchase.

What Bonafide Revaree Does Right

  • Revaree made it super simple to use this vaginal insert.
  • You only have to use it every 2-3 days, but you must do that consistently to see results.
  • The formulation is very unique for replenishing moisture in your vagina.
  • Bonafide provides excellent resources to help you use their products.

Important Decision Making Factors Before Buying

  • A one-time purchase of Revaree costs $62. In order to see good results, you'll need to use it for at least 2 months. Consider if that fits your budget before ordering, or opt for a comparable, cheaper product.
  • This is a vaginal insert, so if that's something you aren't comfortable with, don't buy it.
  • Bonafide offers many other menopause products that you can pair Revaree with, but don't break the bank. Remember, pairing supplements with a healthy diet and consistent exercise program will help you achieve optimal results.

How Does it Work?

Revaree works because of the active ingredient Hyaluronic Acid (HA). HA works in all areas of the body, but when it’s specifically produced to treat vaginal dryness, it works by attracting and retaining moisture in your vaginal lining.

The result is a healing environment that repairs and restores damaged and/or thinned tissue and provides you with lasting relief without resorting to using hormone treatments which can come with a whole list of side effects that may not make them worth it for you.

When you physically get your box of Revaree, you can store it in a cool, dry place and does not need to be refrigerated.

Easy-to-Use, Lasting Comfort and Relief

Revaree comes in a really easy-to-use vaginal suppository that doesn’t require the use of an applicator. All you do is insert a suppository before bedtime every 2-3 nights with just a clean finger. The HA will get to work dissolving inside your vagina as you sleep.

It’s best to use these at night so that you don’t run the risk of the HA running out of you as you’re standing and walking around during the day.

There are no known side effects and once inserted, you don’t feel a thing. This is honestly one of the easiest, most effective vaginal dryness treatments I have found.

Who Should Use Revaree?

Revaree is an effective treatment for women between the ages of 18+ who are experiencing vaginal dryness as a result of a drop in the female hormone estrogen.

Low estrogen levels are most often associated with menopause, however, younger women can also experience these symptoms. As a mom of two who had a breastfeeding journey with each of my children, I can tell you that I experienced some dryness and discomfort during those periods.

As with any supplement or medication, you should always talk to your doctor before starting it. I happened to mention Revaree to my OBGYN who I have a close relationship with and she had nothing but amazing things to say about it, which gave me even more confidence to share this product here for my readers.

What Kinds of Results Can You Expect?

Bonafide relies heavily on science and data. Here are a few stats about the use of Revaree to treat vaginal dryness:

  • 84% of women report improvement in vaginal dryness
  • 86% of women experience a significant reduction in vaginal itching and burning
  • 57% of women report a reduction in the pain during intercourse

From my experience taking it, I felt a difference after the 9-day mark. But I felt a significant difference well after 30 days.

Does Revaree Cause Weight Gain?

Revaree is not associated with weight gain or gaining weight as a common side effect. It is designed to help women who experience vaginal dryness because Revaree is a vaginal moisturizer. From my personal experience, I experienced zero weight gain when using Revaree vaginal suppositories for my vaginal atrophy. Reading other reviews from Revaree's website and at amazon, there were no other cases where Revaree caused weight gain.

Other Vaginal Moisturizers I Was Considering

Is Revaree Worth It?

Whether you’re going through menopause, you’re breastfeeding, or you’re on medications that affect your vaginal tissue, you don’t need to suffer in silence. Regardless of your hormone levels, intimacy shouldn’t be uncomfortable and your relationships shouldn’t need to suffer.

I can speak from my experience, and it was a good one. Revaree worked for me and is worth it in my situation.

I realize that Revaree doesn't work for everyone and that it can get expensive after going through a few boxes. There are other options out there if you feel Revaree isn't for you. I know I'll be sticking with it because the benefits far outweigh the price.

If you decide to give it a try, leave a comment on how your experience went – good or bad because it will help the next shopper out! Or, if you decide to go with something else, let us know about that as well!

The post Serenol Review – I Tried It For PMS, Here’s What Happened appeared first on DTC Wellness Hub.

]]>

According to womenshealth.gov, PMS affects as many as 3 in 4 women. That means that upwards of 75% of us are dealing with monthly symptoms related to our menstrual cycle, and if you’re one of them, you know the frustration and disruption of life that can accompany your monthly friend.

The emotional symptoms are perhaps some of the worst. From mood swings and irritability to uneasiness and cravings, we experience a whole laundry list of symptoms each month for years of our lives.

So are we destined to simply deal with our symptoms, knowing that it’s a part of womanhood? Or is there a way to minimize and/or eliminate them altogether?

Today, I’m sharing my 30-day experience and reviewing Serenol, an all-natural PMS supplement made by Hello Bonafide, a D2C women’s health brand that’s treating some of our most common problems related to vaginal and reproductive health. They're always releasing new products, like Clairvee, which is another helpful supplement for vaginal health.

This product kind of reminds me of FLO, if you're interested in that, read through my FLO PMS gummy vitamins review article to get an idea of their brand and if it's right for you.

Does Serenol work? Or, is it just another gimmick? I’m giving you all the details about this supplement so that you have a clearer understanding of what it is, what it does, and if it’s a good choice for you and your monthly symptoms.

My Experience Taking Serenol for 30 Days!

Bare with me as I go over my notes and try to remember how I felt through the 30 days I took Serenol!

Day 1: Unboxing Hope

The package from Hello Bonafide landed on my doorstep today, and with it, a wave of cautious hope. The bright blue box of Serenol sat in my hands, promising to ease the PMS symptoms that I've come to dread each month. The ingredients were clear, straightforward, and refreshingly hormone-free. I read the instructions, keen to see if this would be my answer to the monthly turmoil of emotions.

Day 5: Settling In

Serenol has found its way into my daily routine, nestled between my vitamins and my skincare regimen. I swallow two pills with breakfast, the taste pleasantly neutral and easy to take. There's no discernible difference yet, but my research on Hello Bonafide has set a foundation of trust in their products.

Day 10: A Gentle Ease

Historically, by day ten, irritability begins to brew beneath the surface, a silent alarm for what’s ahead. Yet, today, there's a subtle shift. The usual annoyance at my partner's forgotten chores just...isn't there. I'm intrigued and admittedly a little surprised. Could this be the work of Serenol?

Day 15: The Real Test

Stress has always been a trigger for my PMS mood swings, turning small issues into insurmountable obstacles. However, faced with a high-pressure project at work, I find myself handling stress with a level of calm that's foreign to me during this phase of my cycle.

Day 20: An Unexpected Tranquility

By now, the prelude to my period typically includes a mix of anxiety and a persistent sense of overwhelm. This month, the waters are still; my mind is uncharacteristically tranquil. My craving for midnight snacks, a steadfast PMS companion, has also diminished. Is this the power of consistent, natural supplementation?

Day 25: Surprising Stability

Close to the end of the 30-day mark, and I'm amazed. The emotional upheavals that accompany my cycle have been smoothed over. It's like watching a storm from behind a window; I'm aware of what could unsettle me, yet I remain composed and removed from the chaos.

Day 30: Concluding Thoughts

My journey with Serenol is at a close, at least for this review period. It's not a miracle cure; I've had moments of moodiness, but they've been fleeting shadows rather than the usual torrent. My work efficiency remained unaffected by PMS, something I couldn’t say before. My interactions with family and friends were free from the usual PMS tension, a relief for everyone involved.

Other PMS Supplements I've Used

Over the years, I have taken FLO PMS Gummies, Aura, Goli and a few others for PMS relief, you can check out our best supplements for period cramps roundup to see where they rank. Some of them work a little, some of them don't work great at all. I can say, based on my experience with Serenol, that it worked a little better than the other PMS supplements I've tried.

What is Serenol?

Serenol is a hormone-free supplement that’s designed to relieve the emotional symptoms related to premenstrual syndrome (PMS). These symptoms include irritability, mood swings, and uneasiness, among others.

This product is created by the same brand that delivers popular menopause treatments like Revaree (read my review of Revaree for vaginal dryness) and Ristela, two very popular non-hormonal treatment options. Hello Bonafide is a brand that I have done significant research into and am excited to share their products with you. They are truly making leaps and bounds in the women’s health community!

Serenol is made to be taken daily as part of your supplement routine and designed to provide relief from symptoms all month long because we all know that no one cycle looks the same. When taken regularly, it’s shown to calm irritability, balance mood swings, and curb hunger cravings and water retention.

Bonafide uses only natural ingredients in their products and all of their formulas are rigorously tested and verified before they hit the market. Of course, you should always speak to your doctor before starting any new supplement.

What's the Ingredients in Serenol?

Bonafide believes in offering the best quality products. Their formulas are clearly labeled with the ingredients. They also utilize an FDA-registered, NSF certified GMP manufacturing facility to test products before they ever sell them.

The ingredients in Serenol include:

Primary Ingredients:

Chromium (as Chromium Picolinate)Purified Cytoplasmic Blend (proprietary Swedish Flower pollen extract (Sérélys) in the form of Pollen + Pistil Extract PI-82, and Pollen Extract GC-FEM), and Royal Jelly.

Other Ingredients:

Maltodextrin, Calcium Carbonate, Acacia, Isomalt, d-α-tocopheryl succinate (antioxidant), Stearic Acid, Croscarmellose Sodium, Magnesium Stearate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (alternatively HPMC), Silica, and Polysorbate.

Next, I’ll break down the top 3 plant-based ingredients that make Serenol effective.

Exclusive Bonafide Pollen - Taken from specifically grown plants in Sweden, Exclusive Bonafide Pollen reduces emotional PMS symptoms like irritability and mood swings.

Royal Jelly - Royal Jelly is made for Queen bees and it’s rich in nutrients including vitamins and minerals. When combined with flower pollen, it has been shown to reduce irritation, mood swings, and other emotional PMS symptoms.

Chromium Picolinate (CrPic) - This is an essential mineral for a healthy metabolism, working by reducing food cravings and subsequently food intake.

How Does Serenol Work?

Just as there is no concrete information about what causes PMS, Serenol’s mechanism of action is not fully understood either. However, it is believed that the plant-based extracts in Serenol work centrally in the body to reduce PMS-related emotional symptoms.

Essentially, Bonafide combined several plant-based ingredients that have shown to reduce common PMS symptoms and they put them together to form a blend that’s engineered to stop PMS dead in its tracks.

According to a research study conducted by Bonafide of 290 women who were taking Serenol for at least three months, 77% of them felt PMS relief within 3 months. Additionally, 60% of women reported reduced irritability and mood swings, and 87% of them stated they would recommend it to a friend. Bonafide recommends you take Serenol every day for at least two months for best results.

This brings me to my next point, how long does Serenol take to work? In clinical trials, the majority of women experienced reduced irritability and mood swings by the second month taking it, with even better results by the third month. There were some women who reported feeling improvements right away, however, Bonafide recommends that you take it every day for at least two months to realize the best results. It takes time for your body to adjust and adapt.

What Are The Side Effects of Serenol?

Potential side effects of taking Serenol could be allergic reactions from the oral intake of royal jelly, which is one of the main ingredients in Serenol. These allergic reactions could range from very mild gastrointestinal upset to more severe reactions, including asthma. The other main ingredients in Serenol is Swedish pollen with chromium picolinate, which has does not have hormonal side effects since it is non-estrogenic because Serenol is a hormone-free PMS supplement.

Serenol has been scientifically validated and has gone through rigorous third-party testing for safety, quality, purity, potency and efficacy. Furthermore, their products are also created in a FDA-registered facility, which follow the guidelines of GMP manufacturing.

Those with specific health concerns or who are taking other medications are advised to speak with their doctor before starting this supplement or any other supplement for that matter.

Serenol Reviews: What Are Customers Saying Online About This All-Natural PMS Remedy?

According to HelloBonafide.com, there are 206 reviews of Serenol, of which 80% of them are positive. And at Amazon, there are 204 ratings with a 4.3 out of 5 star rating. I took a look through all of the negative reviews and discovered that the majority of them had to do with customers saying that the product didn’t work for them, however, it’s important to keep in mind that not every product is right for every woman and some women may be at a higher risk for side effects due to their health conditions and/or other medications. This is why Bonafide highly recommends women speaking with their doctor before use.

That said, I did note that the brand responds to every single one of their reviews, whether positive or negative, which is a great sign that they care about and appreciate their customers. The vast majority of the reviews are from women who are overjoyed with the relief their experiencing from their PMS symptoms.

Is Serenol Right for You?

If you’re one of the millions of women who are dealing with emotional PMS each month, then you may be a good fit for Serenol. It’s tough to feel like your emotions are all over the place and that you can be set off at the drop of a hat (tough for you and your loved ones!).

If you’re dreading your monthly cycle month after month because of the disruption to your life and attitude you experience along with it, you owe it to yourself to check out Serenol to see if it’s a good option for you.

You CAN feel like yourself all month long. Wouldn’t you like to eliminate those upsetting mood swings, insatiable cravings, and negative emotions? Serenol could be a way for you to accomplish that. Give yourself a break and check out this non-hormonal PMS supplement today!

  • Estrogen Patches

They also address sexual health concerns with vaginal creams and other similar products.

My Experience

My menopause symptoms were really starting to bother me, and one day I decided that I had enough. I called up my doctor to see if I could get an appointment to discuss my hot flashes and mood swings. Unfortunately, it would take weeks to see my doctor unless I wanted to see one of the physician’s assistants at the practice. I don’t know about you, but I like to see my doctor, who knows me well and has been treating me for years.

After I decided that I wasn’t willing to wait weeks to even discuss menopause relief, I decided to look into Winona. Winona provides a fast sign-up process that puts you in touch with a board-certified medical professional who can prescribe you a variety of menopause prescriptions. My call was very informative and helpful. We went over my health history and what I had been experiencing. I was prescribed medication that was going to be shipped to my home within the week. I was prescribed Winona’s Progesterone Cream, which, after a couple of weeks, started to improve symptoms like difficulty sleeping, mood swings and hot flashes. I didn’t experience any side effects.

What I Like

  • It’s really fast to connect with a doctor from the Winona team.
  • You can have all of your prescribed items sent to your home.
  • It’s relatively affordable.

What Can Be Improved

  • It can take a few weeks to see results from the prescription that you’re using.

You may be ordered imaging or blood tests to find out more about what is going on with your body. The Midi Health team will work with your primary care team if necessary, coming up with a proper care plan. You will complete follow-up telehealth visits as well.

Types of HRT They Offer

Midi Health has custom menopause prescriptions that treat a variety of conditions. Some of their products include:

  • Estriol+ Face Cream

  • Elavil
  • Vylees

My Experience

I found Midi Health to be a positive experience because of how thorough they are with their patients. It was important to me that all of my health information was taken into consideration before I was prescribed anything. I personally went through some blood tests to check a few values out, but I didn’t have to do any kind of scans or anything.

I was prescribed Gabapentin for symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats. It did help my temperature regulation issues; however, it did take a few weeks for me to see any kind of change. I have tried other products that worked a bit faster.

What I Like

  • You can utilize insurance coverage for this process.
  • I like that Midi Health pays close attention to your whole-body health by running tests if they deem it necessary.

What Can Be Improved?

  • The process of obtaining your prescription could be a bit faster.

Comparison Section Between Midi Health vs. Winona

I found that Winona and Midi Health are quite different in regard to their business models. However, they do strive to provide the same kind of assistance for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause symptoms. Let’s talk more about how they compare.

Comparing HRT

Winona offers a variety of HRT options that include creams, capsules and more. Their products are generally very estrogen- or progesterone-focused (or both together). You can choose to use progesterone in a topical cream or as an oral supplement. Estrogen is available as patches, creams and oral tablets. Some products combine both estrogen and progesterone to provide results.

Midi Health provides prescriptions for a number of products, including brand name HRT like Gabapentin, Effexor, Elavil and Vyleesi. They also offer non-hormonal products, supplements and botanicals.

Comparing Pricing

Pricing is quite a bit different for these two companies. Because Midi Health often requires you to go through some testing prior to receiving a prescription, the cost may be a bit higher. However, they do accept insurance. So essentially, what you pay for Midi Health is going to depend on the type of coverage you have, whether or not you’ve met your deductible, etc.

Winona prides itself on having no hidden fees or costs. Their products run anywhere from $24 to $79 per month. You can utilize HSA and FSA coverage if it applies to you. Winona is an extremely affordable option, especially when you take into consideration what it might cost you to schedule an appointment with your gynecologist or primary physician and obtain medication through them.

Main Differences Between Midi Health and Winona

I find Midi Health to be a bit more involved compared to Winona. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but if you’re looking for fast access to menopause relief, I would recommend that you utilize Winona. The process of signing up, scheduling a telehealth call and obtaining your prescription is much faster.

Final Thoughts and Next Steps

I can’t stress enough that, as women, we shouldn’t suffer through perimenopause and menopause. There are so many different symptoms that can present themselves during this period of our lives. There is help out there. I recommend that you take a look at what Winona can offer you. Their process is very simple, and you’ll have relief in no time.

Have you heard about hormone replacement therapy as a treatment option for menopause-related symptoms? Natural botanicals and herbs can also help you balance your hormones naturally. You don’t have to suffer through your hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia and mood swings. Not only is help available, but it has now become more convenient than ever to find the treatment that will work for your symptoms. Brands like Winona and Happy Mammoth both provide you with support through the menopause transition.

Let’s look closely at what each brand offers, so you can decide which one is your best option.

Key Factors to Know Before Buying Winona or Happy Mammoth

Winona

  • Winona has a very detailed process for putting you in touch with a board-certified physician who will prescribe the hormone therapy that best addresses your menopause symptoms.
  • All of your Winona products will be discreetly shipped right to your door.
  • The ingredients in Winona’s products are made using ingredients that have been sourced from FDA-registered facilities.

Happy Mammoth

  • Happy Mammoth has a large selection of products that are geared towards overall health. This includes hormone-balancing supplements.
  • The Happy Mammoth product line is based on natural ingredients, so you don’t need a prescription for them.
  • There isn’t any medical support provided through Happy Mammoth.

Overview of Winona Menopause HRT

Winona is unique because they provide telehealth services that put you in touch with a board-certified medical professional that will assess your menopause journey. By explaining your medical history and symptoms, you can be prescribed a personalized treatment that will alleviate symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, joint pain, skin changes and much more. Winona products are legitimate hormone replacement therapy items that are made according to the latest medical advancements and technology.

Types of HRT They Offer

Winona is largely based on different estrogen and progesterone-focused products. They also have a DHEA product, which is a synthetic version of the steroid precursor hormone that is produced in our adrenal glands. Their Blossom Cream is a female Viagra-similar product that can keep your sexual life alive during menopause.

Other products include:

Estrogen Body Cream

Made using estradiol and estriol, Winona Estrogen Body Cream can alleviate common symptoms like night sweats, hot flashes, anxiety and low sex drive.

Estrogen Body Cream with Progesterone

Progesterone has been added to Winona’s Estrogen Body Cream to further assist with symptoms like hair loss, memory problems, mood changes and fatigue.

Estrogen Patches

Estrogen doesn’t have to be taken orally or rubbed into the skin by way of a cream. Patches are a really convenient way to help balance your hormones, reducing a number of complications like blood clots.

Progesterone Body Cream

You can use Winona Progesterone Cream on its own or with other Winona products. It helps with things like brain fog, hair changes, anxiety, mood swings and skin changes.

My Experience

Rather than continue to be disregarded by the doctors that I have seen for menopause-related issues, I turned to the internet to see what I could learn about my symptoms. Much of what I’ve experienced is very common, and there’s no reason why I shouldn’t be able to achieve safe and effective relief.

I came across Winona and immediately started the process of setting up an evaluation with one of their doctors. Once I had my consultation, I was very happy with the outcome. All of my concerns were addressed. The different products available through Winona were explained to me. I was able to make an educated decision regarding what to try.

I ordered Winona’s Progesterone Cream based on the recommendations I received. Once I received it and started applying it as directed, I noticed a difference in my symptoms within a few weeks. Mainly, I was experiencing issues sleeping, and I was having more anxiety. I noticed the most substantial changes after about two menstrual cycles. I was able to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I also didn’t notice as many anxious moments or irritability.

Pros

  • Because you’re meeting with a board-certified physician to obtain guidance for your products, you can feel confident that you’re safe.
  • All of Winona’s products contain ingredients that have been thoroughly studied.
  • Everything arrives at your home in discreet packaging.

Cons

  • You may find that some of Winona’s products are expensive, but they are actually pretty comparable to prescription HRT that you would receive from your local pharmacy.
  • You may need to wait a few weeks before you see full results from the Winona product that you’re using.

Overview of Happy Mammoth for Menopause Treatment

Slightly different from what Winona offers, Happy Mammoth has a line of natural supplements that can enhance your hormone health, mood and overall wellbeing. They have a few different formulations designed to alleviate mood swings, hot flashes, weight issues and even vaginal health.

Types of Menopause Supplements They Offer

Hormone Harmony

This is Happy Mammoth’s best-selling product. It contains a MenoBalance complex with broccoli sprout extract, maca root, chaste berry and wild yam. The MenoShred Complex in this product contains fennel seed, rosemary and gymnema extract. To support your mood, Hormone Harmony also features chamomile and rhodiola extracts. Happy Mammoth advertises a number of benefits when using this product, such as temperature regulation, mood balance and weight management.

Meno Daily

Meno Daily is designed to provide you with all of the essential nutrients needed during menopause. This includes the basics like vitamins A, C, B12, folate, biotin and zinc. Meno Daily also includes the Meno Control blend, which features sage leaf, keratin, bamboo leaf and more.

Venus Vital

These capsules help promote vaginal health so that you experience less odor, itching and burning. This is a probiotic-based supplement that addresses hormone health from a gut-health perspective.

My Experience

I always like to try natural products before I settle for something that is sourced with a prescription. I tried Happy Mammoth prior to trying Winona. I experienced some benefit from their Venus Vital. I assume this is because of the gut health and hormone balance relationship. I’ve always had some issues with my gut, so improving my microbiome made sense.

I like some of the other formulas that this brand features, especially Meno Daily. It’s nice to supplement with the nutrients that are needed for optimal hormone health.

Pros

  • Based on natural and herbal ingredients that are safe and have been widely studied.
  • Featuring multiple ingredients in each product, Happy Mammoth addresses hormone health as a whole rather than focusing on just one or two symptoms.
  • There are a lot of positive reviews on the Happy Mammoth website.

Cons

  • Your symptoms may not be improved with these natural formulas. HRT is something that may be needed.
  • Happy Mammoth addresses hormone health as a whole, so you’ll have to find a product that covers as many of the symptoms as possible that you’re experiencing.

Comparison Section: Happy Mammoth Vs. Winona

Comparing Treatment Options

Some women may find that natural products, like those sold by Happy Mammoth, would be beneficial for many of the menopause symptoms that they’re experiencing. For me, I did see some relief from things like mood swings and vaginal health. However, there may come a point where symptoms increase in severity or more symptoms appear. In these cases, HRT would be beneficial. It might be a good idea to try Happy Mammoth while keeping in mind that you have the option of turning to Winona when you’re in need of more personalized hormone assistance.

Also, Winona allows you to choose products based on the symptoms you’re experiencing. Happy Mammoth items really focus on overall hormone balance.

Comparing Pricing

Winona products retail as low as $24 per month or as high as $79 per month. It really depends on which items you’re using. You may be able to save some money by choosing combination products (estrogen as well as progesterone) instead of single items.

Happy Mammoth products retail for $69.99 per bottle. This is usually a one-month supply.

Main Differences Between Happy Mammoth and Winona

The types of formulas that these brands use are what make them so different. Happy Mammoth is a natural-focused company that uses vitamins, minerals, botanicals and herbs to balance your hormones. Winona uses prescription-based HRT for relief.

Also, Winona provides customers with a tele-health aspect of care. Your consultation with a doctor will help you determine which products you should be using. You don’t receive this feature from Happy Mammoth.

Which Menopause HRT Is Better: Happy Mammoth or Winona?

I’ve tried both of these products and have found them to be beneficial. However, I’m reaching a point in my menopause journey where symptom prevalence is increasing, and I feel I need the support of Winona’s program. While I pride myself on being well educated on various health topics, I really didn’t know where to start with hormone replacement therapy. It was helpful to have someone to reach out to with my questions. Because of this, I say that Winona is the better option for menopause symptom relief.

My Recommendations

Regardless of which brand you choose for relief, it’s important that you know you don’t have to suffer through menopause. There are a number of options that you can utilize to help you feel better physically and mentally. I recommend Winona if you’re looking for assistance with figuring out what’s going on with your body and would like product recommendations and support.

Choose Winona if...

Choose Happy Mammoth if...

  • You’re looking for a more natural option for hormone health.
  • You want to try holistic support before turning to a prescription.

Many women turn to hormone replacement therapy (HRT) as a method of alleviating their perimenopause and menopause symptoms. Symptoms can range from mild to severe and include things like hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, itchy skin, hair loss and insomnia, among others. It's no wonder why menopause is destroying lives!

If you feel like your doctor hasn’t been listening to you regarding your hormonal challenges or you’re simply looking for convenient access to help, there are now online resources that can help you during this phase in your life. In this article, I’m going to introduce you to two hormone replacement therapy companies: Winona and Alloy. Which one is better? Read on to find out more about how they compare.

Key Factors to Know Before Buying Winona or Alloy

Winona

  • Winona connects you with experienced medical professionals who will provide you with a personalized approach to menopause care.
  • There are a number of different bioidentical hormone replacement therapy options available through Winona, including estrogen and progesterone-based products.
  • Winona ships your products to your door in discreet packaging, so the entire experience is very private.

Alloy

  • Alloy provides free ongoing care when you’re a client of theirs.
  • Alloy utilizes probiotics and gut health supplements (in addition to their HRT) to provide you with supportive menopause relief.
  • The medical team at Alloy has extensive experience and personal knowledge that helps each woman find the right solutions for her menopause symptoms.

Winona at a Glance

You don’t have to leave the comfort of your home in order to find caring and effective menopause support. Winona is a telehealth-based company that provides you with the opportunity to connect with board-certified medical professionals who will walk you through a health assessment and prescribe you treatments that Winona offers. There are a number of options, so you can find something that addresses your symptoms as well as your preferences for administration.

Winona prides itself on staying up-to-date on all of the latest medical advancements regarding menopause care. You receive your products right at your doorstep each month. You can also touch base with the Winona team anytime that you feel it’s necessary.

Types of HRT They Offer

Winona’s hormone replacement therapy options utilize a few different ingredients. The product that works for you will often be based on the symptoms that you communicate to the Winona team. Some of what you can expect includes:

Progesterone Therapy

Winona products such as progesterone cream, estrogen body cream with progesterone and progesterone capsules. Progesterone most commonly helps with night sweats and hot flashes. If temperature regulation is one of the main complaints that you have, your Winona representative will likely point you in the direction of their progesterone products.

Estrogen Therapy

Also available from Winona are a variety of estrogen-focused items. This includes estrogen cream, estrogen cream with progesterone, vaginal estrogen cream, estrogen patches and estrogen tablets. While estrogen can also help with things like night sweats and hot flashes, it can also promote optimal vaginal health. It’s essential if you’re experiencing vaginal dryness, burning, itching or pain during sex.

Testosterone Therapy

Did you realize that women need testosterone as well? It can help with a number of menopause symptoms, including low sex drive. DHEA is used to raise testosterone levels naturally.

My Experience

I have spoken with my doctor a few times about symptoms I’ve been experiencing that I suspected were related to menopausal changes. The only advice I have ever received is to go on birth control. This isn’t really the approach I’ve wanted to take, so I usually go on my way without any help. I recently saw an ad for Winona and was instantly intrigued. Was there actually someone out there who would listen to my concerns and help me? I immediately signed up to get the process started.

During my initial consultation with someone from the Winona team, I communicated the issues that I’ve been having. This included trouble staying asleep at night, hot flashes during the day and some vaginal dryness at certain points of the month. All of my information was taken into consideration, and I was recommended Winona’s progesterone cream.

I started the cream upon receiving my package. I have very sensitive skin, but I didn’t experience any kind of reaction at all. I didn’t notice much of a difference for the first couple of weeks of using this product. By week three or four, I felt like I was sleeping better at night. After I completed one full menstrual cycle, the excessive sweating started to go away.

What I Like

  • This is a bioidentical HRT option that addresses a large number of perimenopause and menopause symptoms.
  • Winona addresses the decline in production of progesterone and estrogen that happens in our 30s and 40s.
  • Winona acknowledges that menopause relief is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Each of their clients receives personalized care.

What I Don’t Like

  • The products are a bit expensive.
  • Product selection is limited.

Alloy at a Glance

The creators of Alloy believe that all menopause symptoms are completely treatable. Not to mention, they feel there is a complete lack of quality care for women approaching and dealing with menopause. This evidence-based and holistic option for HRT is guided and supported by a team of medical professionals. After completing a quick three-minute assessment, you get initial recommendations based on that information. You can then make selections, which will be sent to one of Alloy’s medical professionals. If they have any concerns, they’ll let you know before they approve your selection. You can also opt to start this process by speaking with someone on Alloy’s medical team. Your prescriptions are conveniently sent to your door within 3 to 5 days of making your selections.

More on Alloy:

Types of HRT They Offer

Alloy is similar to Winona in that they both offer progesterone and estrogen therapy. Progesterone is used in Alloy’s formulas to strengthen the uterus and regulate your menstrual cycle. You should see fewer dramatic fluctuations and symptoms as you continue your treatments.

Alloy includes estradiol in their products, sourced naturally from yams. It’s molecularly identical to the estrogen that you are already producing in your body right now. You’re just supplementing with higher levels, which can help reduce menopause symptoms.

My Experience

In my search for menopause relief, I came across Alloy. It seemed easy to complete their initial three-minute survey, and it was. After that point, I received product recommendations in my email within a couple of days. I was advised to review those products and let Alloy know if I would like to purchase them or set up a day and time to speak with one of their medical professionals. I opted to speak with someone to ensure I was getting the best care possible.

Alloy also recommended progesterone to me based on the symptoms I reported. Their supplements are pretty basic, and you can even purchase birth control from them. They also offer a gut health supplement that can help regulate digestion, boost your immune response and balance your hormones.

I was provided a progesterone medication that was to be taken orally. I wish there would have been a suggestion for a topical product. I wasn’t thrilled with taking progesterone by mouth every day, which is why I ended up using Winona’s products instead.

What I Like

  • Once you’ve made your product selections, you should receive your product within three to five business days.
  • You have the option of starting the process by speaking to a medical professional.
  • There are a number of treatment options available from Alloy.

What I Don’t Like

  • I personally think that it’s helpful to speak with an experienced medical professional before you receive any kind of prescription-based product. Alloy gives you the option of skipping a call and just running your selections by the Alloy team before they’re sent out.

Comparison Section: Alloy vs Winona

Comparing HRT

While both Winona and Alloy offer hormone replacement therapy options that focus on progesterone and estrogen, I liked the options available from Winona. If you’re looking for the convenience of an oral treatment, that’s available. You can also opt for patches and creams if you like that application method better.

Comparing Pricing

The current cost of an oral estradiol supplement from Alloy is $39.99 per month. Estrogen tablets from Winona are priced at $49 per month. There’s a bit of a price difference, but nothing substantial enough that I would base my decision solely on affordability.

Main Differences Between Alloy and Winona

I like the product selection that is available from Winona. Plus, I felt the initial consultation process was much more thorough. Hormone replacement therapy can be risky if you’re not working with the right medical team. I felt that I was being listened to when working with Winona.

Which Menopause HRT Is Better: Alloy or Winona?

I personally think that Winona has gone to greater lengths to ensure a safe, effective and beneficial process for women who want to find relief from their menopause symptoms. Each woman is treated on a case-by-case basis. I also like the product availability that Winona provides.

My Recommendations

popular

Choose Winona if...

  • You want to feel like you’re being listened to, rather than being treated like just another patient.
  • You want the option of topical HRT products.
  • There is a lot of detailed information available on the Winona website. They answer a lot of the questions that you may have regarding HRT.

Choose Alloy if...

  • You are interested in a streamlined process that allows you to receive your HRT quickly.
  • You are looking for the more affordable HRT option.
  • You’re interested in birth control or a gut health supplement in addition to any other products you receive.

Once an assessment has taken place, women can access doctor-prescribed, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy shipped right to their door. The Winona team stays up-to-date on all of the latest medical advancements and technology, allowing patients to experience a substantial reduction in menopause-related symptoms.

Types of HRT They Offer

Winona is a great company because they offer hormone replacement therapy in a number of different forms. For example, their products include:

Estrogen Body Cream

This product contains two different kinds of estrogen: estradiol and estriol. When used regularly, it can help remedy symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, low libido and anxiety.

Estrogen Body Cream with Progesterone

In addition to estradiol and estriol, this product also contains progesterone. It can be applied routinely to assist with symptoms like hair changes, brain fog, anxiety, irritability, low energy, weight gain and fatigue.

Estrogen Patches

A more convenient way to administer estrogen, especially if you have sensitive skin like me, is through estrogen patches. They offer transdermal delivery that can reduce potential clotting risks.

Estrogen Tablets

One dose taken each day can support women’s health during menopause, reducing symptoms associated with aging.

Progesterone Body Cream

This product can be used on its own or along with estrogen-focused products from Winona. It’s recommended that you apply it to the forearms once per day.

Progesterone Capsule

If you want an ultra-easy way to administer your prescribed progesterone, these capsules from the Winona brand mimic the natural progesterone that our bodies typically produce in abundance when we’re younger.

My Experience

winona menopause hrt treatment

Unfortunately, I haven’t found doctors in my area to be incredibly knowledgeable or helpful in regard to perimenopause or menopause. Some of the symptoms that I’ve experienced in my own journey (increased anxiety and sleep issues) have been disregarded. The nice thing about Winona is that you’re matched with a board-certified medical professional who is knowledgeable, experienced and ready to help you feel your best through this transitional period of your life. I absolutely loved the doctor that I spoke with. I didn’t feel rushed, and all of my concerns were addressed.

Based on my symptoms, my health history and my concerns, it was determined that I would likely benefit from a progesterone cream to start with. I communicated that I wanted to start with something simple before using too many different products and too high of strengths. While I have sensitive skin and was concerned about using a cream-based product, I had a pleasant experience. It’s priced at $79 per month, and the ingredients are very simple. It didn’t cause any irritation or rashes.

I noticed a difference in how I was feeling after about one full menstrual cycle. I was sleeping better, for sure. My mood started to shift more toward the second month of using Winona’s progesterone cream. I was less anxious and irritable.

Pros

  • This is a safe method of obtaining menopause treatment. You meet with a board-certified physician before receiving anything.
  • Winona products are backed by science.
  • You receive all of your products in discreet packaging, so nosy neighbors and mail carriers don’t know what you’re up to.
  • This is a personalized treatment approach.

Cons

  • Some of the products are a bit expensive.
  • You’ll need to set aside a little bit of time to complete your initial assessment and wait for your products to arrive.
  • Ut enim ad minim veniam, quis nostrud exercitation ullamco laboris nisi ut aliquip ex ea commodo
  • It can take a number of weeks to see the full benefits of a product.

All About Evernow

Evernow was created with the hope of developing a new way to access healthcare and treatments for menopause. The Evernow team is made up of medical professionals, scientists and technologists. The goal is to focus on women’s long-term health. Backed by a number of famous investors such as Abby Wambach, Drew Barrymore and Gwyneth Paltrow, Evernow offers products that focus on alleviating symptoms such as skin issues, anxiety, body odor, brain fog, sleep issues, joint pain and hot flashes.

Types of HRT They Offer

Evernow offers a number of different hormone replacement therapy options, such as:

Estradiol Patch

Estradiol is a hormone that is commonly administered to help with a number of menopause-related symptoms. It can work in as little as two weeks.

Estradiol Pill

You can also take estradiol in pill form, making it easy to administer your dose each day. This is a nice option if you’re prone to skin irritation when using topical products. The benefits are the same with either product form.

Vaginal Estrogen Cream

This bioidentical vaginal estradiol cream from Evernow can be used regularly to reduce a number of vaginal symptoms associated with menopause. This includes vaginal dryness, painful sex, frequent urination and even frequent urinary tract infections.

My Experience

evernow vaginal dryness cream

I personally feel like the products that are available from Evernow are a bit limited compared to what Winona offers. I personally tried the brand’s vaginal estradiol cream. While it did help with some symptoms, like dryness, I found the cream to be a little irritating. Plus, using the applicator got a little messy. When using this product, you’re supposed to avoid having sexual intercourse for at least eight hours after using it. This can be annoying, feeling like you have to schedule everything.

Pros

  • Your personal information is evaluated before determining what products from Evernow might be an option for your symptom relief.
  • You may be able to use your HSA or FSA account to pay for these products.
  • There is a large panel of experts behind Evernow.
  • There are certain products that are very much geared towards specific symptoms, such as hair loss (minoxidil).

Cons

  • It’s difficult to figure out what ingredients are included in products, such as their estradiol cream. Winona is much more transparent, in my opinion.
  • Product selection is limited.

Comparison Section

Comparing HRT

Both Winona and Evernow use bioidentical hormone replacement to alleviate the symptoms that are most commonly experienced by women in periomenopause and menopause. Depending on what you’re experiencing, one brand may be more helpful than the other. I found that Winona offered some of the more common HRT options that cover a slew of symptoms. Evernow offers more specific products, which may be beneficial if there’s something you’re trying to focus on.

Comparing Pricing

The price points for Winona seem to be a bit higher, but they don’t seem unreasonable. Plus, Winona is a very reputable brand that provides high-quality products to their patients. You get what you pay for in many cases. When it comes to hormone replacement therapy, I personally want to make sure I’m getting the best prescriptions possible.

Main Differences Between Evernow and Winona

I think the product differences are what differentiate Winona and Evernow. Because of this, I think being able to touch base with a medical professional or expert on the Winona or Evernow team is ideal. You’ll want to talk to them about what you’re experiencing in order to receive a personalized care plan.

Also, the hormones used by these two brands differ slightly. Winona really seems to focus quite a bit on the basic estrogen and progesterone balance. You can obtain these two hormones through Evernow, but they also focus on things like estradiol.

Which Menopause HRT Is Better: Evernow or Winona?

I personally enjoyed my experience with Winona a bit more. I very much liked the medical professional that I was in touch with. The process didn’t feel very generic and fast, which is sort of what I experienced with Evernow. I appreciate a medical professional who takes the time to ensure that they’re providing a high level of care to a patient, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of the products prescribed.

My Recommendations

It can be stressful to try and find remedies and treatments for the menopause symptoms that you’re experiencing. I know firsthand how these hormone fluctuations can affect your quality of life. I recommend that you look into both of these companies to see what they have to offer. You may find that one or the other carries certain products that really apply to what you’re experiencing. For me, I liked the approach that Winona provided for my slew of symptoms.

It’s beneficial to go through the process of speaking with a medical professional from both Winona and Evernow to see what kind of options you have. You’re in charge of your health, so you ultimately get to make the final decision regarding what HRT option you want to go with.
